Rev Share Pay Plan
Our Rev Share Pay Plan was created to make sure our installers are at the top of the pay scale in the coating industry while still providing all the benefits of W-2 employment.
The Rev Share Pay Plan is based on calculating pay rate as a percentage of each project.
REGULAR SEASON
Starts - First full week of March
Ends - Last full week of November
Lead Installer - 6% of Project
Asst. Lead Installer - 5% of Project
WINTER SEASON
Starts - First full week of December
Ends - Last full week of February

Installers also receive a guaranteed minimum of $700 per week in the Winter Season.
This guarantee of earnings is to provide financial stability to our installers during the portion of the year in which we experience a lower volume of projects and an increased project postponment rate due to unpredictable winter weather.
Policies Regarding Rev Share Pay Plan
Go Backs
Installer will be resonsible for going back to the project and correcting any issuues which are deemed to be installer caused. This task will be considered part of the original project rev share.
Aprons
Installer will be resonsible for going back to the project and finishing an apron which could not be completed during the original install for any reason. This task will be considered part of the original project rev share.
Tardiness
Start Time is 7am
Installers are expected to arrive by 7am each day. If an installer is more thatn 15 minutes late, this will be considered a tardiness. The 3rd incidnet of a tardiness will result in loss of the Reliablity Bonus for that month.
Forgetting Things
The lead Installer is responsible for making sure everything needed to complete the job is on the van and in working order. This includes tools, equipment and materials. If the company has to run anything out to the job site, we estimate the cost to do this to be a minimum of $100. The lead installer will be reponsible for one-half of this cost or a flat $50. The lead installer will not be responsible if the material shortage was a result of a square footage mismeasure.
Additional Policies pertaining to Winter Season
Work Week
Work will be scheduled Mon-Thu. But, employee agrees to be on call to work Friday and/or Saturday if projects need to be rescheduled for any reason.
Call Offs
A call off for any reason will result in loss of the monthly Reliability Bonus and retraction of the $700 weekly guaranteed amount for the next 4 weeks. The installer may also be asked to sit out another day that week.
PTO
If you schedule PTO during the Winter Season, the PTO payment for each day will be in the $700 minimum for the week.
